Online Bill Pay Upgrade Experience

The Online Bill Pay upgrade is designed to be seamless and straightforward, so you can manage Bill Pay and perform payment-related tasks as well as you have in the past.

  • Welcome screens are displayed to greet both new and existing users, provide you with helpful information, and get you started with the new Online Bill Pay experience.
  • All users’ billers, as well as the payment history associated with those billers, will remain available in the new Online Bill Pay.
  • Payments that are currently being processed or are scheduled for future payment will remain unchanged.
  • Autopay settings for eBills and recurring payments will remain in place.
  • Users will have access to – and will be able to organize in groups – all the billers they previously added.
  • Questions? Call Online Banking support at 724-588-5420 and select Option 1.
